Midlands law firm Flint Bishop has strengthened its reputation within the public sector after being appointed to provide legal advice to the Treasury Solicitor’s Department for a period of three years.
In one of the biggest and most significant commercial property deals of the year, Derby based law firm Flint Bishop has advised Clowes Developments on the £46m purchase of a mixture of land and industrial units from national firm Wilson Bowden Developments Ltd. Completion is expected in early 2009.
