FLINT BISHOP BREAKS THE MOULD

Flint Bishop Solicitors has fought off fierce competition from major international firms to win Mould Breaking Firm of the Year in the European Practice Management Awards at a recent ceremony in London.

The awards, organised by the Managing Partners’ Forum, are open to all professional service firms across Europe and focus on the contributions different disciplines bring to successful management.

The Mould Breaking Firm of the Year award in particular celebrates innovative approaches to business that significantly improve commercial performance and champion attitudinal change.

Flint Bishop’s managing partner, Ken Dixon, comments: “The European Practice Management Awards are recognised not only by the legal sector but the wider professional services community and attract some of the biggest and most respected players in the European market. Winning this award is a fantastic achievement for us particularly when you consider the strength and size of the firms that were short listed.”

He continues: “Not only does this cap off a fantastic year for the firm but really highlights the hard work and commitment from all of our staff.”

First launched in 2002, the awards are seen as an integral part of the MPF’s ‘unsung heroes’ campaign and are judged by a panel of 30 senior management consultants from the UK, mainland Europe, North America and Australia.

Flint Bishop, with offices in Derby, Nottingham and Ashbourne, has introduced significant changes to the way in which it manages its business in recent times which has seen it win several major accolades, including fastest growing law firm in the UK’s Rising 50 and a shortlist nomination for The Lawyers Law Firm of the Year Award.
