National Australia Group Europe Ltd appoint Flint Bishop to its panel

Flint Bishop has been appointed to the regional Legal Panel of business bank National Australia Group Europe Ltd.
Flint Bishop will advise the bank on areas of corporate finance and property finance, reviewing paperwork for loan agreements as part of buy-outs, reorganisations, acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate activities.
National Australia Bank operates more than 1,800 branches and service centres worldwide and is responsible to more than 460,000 shareholders. In the United Kingdom, it owns banking franchises Clydesdale Bank and Yorkshire Bank, providing business, corporate and retail banking services to more than 2.7 million customers.
