Risk management

The commercial team also provides a risk management service that is designed to analyse how clients do business, how they enter into contracts and other arrangements and how effectively they limit or exclude the associated risks.  We also carry out an assessment of the extent to which their business complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

 

Training

Our experience tells us that many businesses feel poorly equipped and under-resourced when it comes to understanding and analysing the risks associated with entering into contracts.

The Flint Bishop commercial team can offer training and support across a broad range of subjects relating to contracts and risk in order to help clients enter into contracts, partnerships and alliances in a more commercially aware manner.

Training can be tailored to suit the individual needs of a client and can be provided on a one-to-one basis or in the form of seminars attended by a number of businesses.
