Flint Bishop gains LLP status DOWNLOAD PDF

Midlands law firm Flint Bishop has converted from a traditional partnership structure to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).

The conversion took place on 1 May 2009 and includes both Derby and Ashbourne offices.

Commenting on the conversion, managing partner Ken Dixon, said:

“Not only does this underline our commitment to growing the firm, it also provides a more contemporary corporate structure that many professional services firms are now adopting.
