Flint Bishop has received a double nomination for Debt Recovery services.
Flint Bishop’s leading debt recovery service has been shortlisted for two prestigious awards organised by the Credit Collection and Risk magazine (CCR), in association with Marston Holdings. The award ceremony takes place in London on 6th October 2015, with Flint Bishop up against stiff competition.
There are three finalists in each category, with Flint Bishop’s nominations being in both the Legal and Enforcement and Collections categories.
This is the second time in the last twelve months that the debt recovery department has been nominated for a prestigious award, having also secured a nomination earlier this year at the Credit Today awards for ‘Litigation Team of the Year’. The team are previous winners of ‘Legal Recovery Firm of the Year’, ‘Regional Law Firm of the Year in Insurance Litigation’ and are a leading law firm for the region.
Qamer Ghafoor, Managing Partner of Commercial Services and Head of Litigation, who heads up the Debt Recovery, Litigation, Defendant Personal Injury and Professional Negligence departments at the firm says “I’m delighted that the firm has been recognised in both the ‘Legal and Enforcement’ and ‘Collection’ categories at the CCR awards this year.
These awards evidence our ability to deliver high quality legal advice across the whole of England and Wales. Not only have we won significant new clients in the last few years, we’re constantly evolving as a firm and are now moving into areas of new and untouched markets. The firm is continuing to grow in almost all areas, so we’re looking forward to seeing what the next few years have in store for us.”
Qamer is one of few leading lawyers in the region and is highly commended in his area of expertise. Qamer has been quoted by the Legal 500 as being ‘formidable litigator’ and ‘the kind of solicitor you would walk through fire for.’
