Flint Bishop is the Tops
|
 |
For the second year running midlands law firm Flint Bishop LLP has been recognised as one of the UK’s leading employers in a national survey published in the Daily Telegraph.
The firm has been included in the list of Britain’s Top Employers 2010 which recognises companies with excellent HR policies – seeing them take their place alongside such well known brands as Innocent Drinks, IBM, Oxfam and high street food retailer Pret A Manger as an ‘employer of choice’.
Developed by global research institute CRF, the Top Employer project uses international benchmarks to determine whether organisations exceed the standards found within the institute’s research. The results are based on a mix of characteristics including HR Policy based research, objectivity and independent assessment by Grant Thornton LLP, one of the world's leading accounting and consulting firms.
The firm achieved a maximum 5 out of 5 stars for Training and Development and 4 out of 5 stars for Company Culture and 3 out of 5 for Pay and Benefits.
The full listing was published in the Daily Telegraph on Wednesday 24th March 2010. Please click here to read more.
Commenting on the firm’s inclusion in this year’s listings, Ken Dixon, managing partner at Flint Bishop said:
“To be included in this project and be ranked along side such trusted brands is a fantastic achievement for Flint Bishop LLP. Talented people lie at the heart of any successful organisation and we work hard to create an environment where staff are valued and given any opportunity to reach their full potential”.
