Leading Midlands law firm, Flint Bishop LLP, has boosted its employment law and family divisions with two key appointments.

Jane Livingstone joins Flint Bishop as a solicitor in the firm’s family law division.  Jane has 10 years’ legal experience including three years practising family law.  Her expertise lies in divorce and ancillary relief and in particular, complex cases.  She also specialises in children matters, pre-marital agreements, property disputes between cohabiters, cohabitation agreements and domestic violence injunctions.

Laura Evans has been appointed a solicitor on Flint Bishop’s employment law team after successfully completing a two-year training contract with the firm. During her two year training assignment, she gained experience in personal injury, employment, commercial property, wills, and probate. Her area of expertise lies in unfair dismissal, redundancy and discrimination.

Commenting on her new position, Jane said:

“I am looking forward to the challenge of my role and building on the strong reputation of the service that the family law department provides.”

Speaking of her new role, Laura added:

“I am really grateful to have been given the opportunity to join such a friendly and forward-thinking team.  It is such an exciting time in employment right now and I am looking forward to getting actively involved.”
