Qamer Ghafoor has been recognised for our “best co-ordination in winning new work”.

This awards shortlisting recognises the strategies implemented by Qamer in the fields of LitigationDebt Recovery and Insurance Litigation, which have resulted in obtaining new business from several household name clients, including the likes of LexisNexis, UK Mail, Costcutter, Autoglass, Marley and Haven Insurance, to name a few.

We are up against some of the largest law firms in the world, including Dentons, JLL and Pérez-Llorca. To put this into perspective, the combined turnover for these law firms is 800 times greater than ours.

To be up against firms of this size and global presence is a measure of our growing reputation and strategic vision by one of only a handful of elite lawyers in the region, Qamer, who is our managing partner of commercial services and is the lead partner for business development and marketing, all of whom have contributed to the success of the business which has resulted in this nomination.

Qamer comments on his nomination:

“Law firms are always benchmarked against other firms based on size, locality and turnover, however, this award evidences that our capabilities are at least equal to the delivery and operations of firms that are many times larger than Flint Bishop. I am delighted that we have been nominated for an award of this nature and to be recognised for the efforts of our specialist team of support staff and lawyers, who continue to support and grow our business on a day-to-day basis. We are seeing growth in every area of the firm and we’re pleased to be recognised for this at this year’s MP Forum 2017 Awards.”

The awards will be celebrated at a prestigious black-tie event in London, with leading managing partners and high-profile lawyers from across the UK in attendance, on Wednesday 08 March 2017.
