Qamer has a wealth of experience in complex commercial litigation claims, with a particular interest in

Heather joined Flint Bishop as a trainee solicitor in 1995 after graduating with a Masters in Law from Bristol University. After a three year stint with the Sheffield office of national law firm Nabarro LLP, Heather returned to Flint Bishop in 2002 and was made partner in commercial property in 2003.
Heather advises a number of the regions largest and most influential residential and commercial developers on all aspects of development. law firm Eversheds, having specialised in Construction and Engineering since 1996 and with experience of successfully growing a strong construction practice in the region.

Zaf joined the firm as a trainee in 1991 working in personal injury litigation. After becoming a partner in 1998 he was appointed the head of the personal injury department in 2006.
With over 18 years experience advising defendant and claimant clients Zaf has earned a formidable reputation as a leading personal injury litigator, specialising in complex and significant cases. Recently Zaf received regional and national media coverage in successfully securing damages in the sum of £6.1 million for a severely injured client who received catastrophic head injuries in a road traffic accident. The case was particularly important as he secured one of the largest Periodical Payments Orders to date.

Ken qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and spent most of his early career as a personal injury litigator with Manchester based Amelans; joining Flint Bishop as an assistant solicitor in 1992.
After three years with the firm Ken was made partner and subsequently head of personal injury litigation. The highlight of Ken's litigation career was during this period as he successfully represented the Claimant Maria Mility v F W Farnsworth Limited in a repetitive strain injury (RSI) case - resulting in the largest RSI award in the England and Wales.
After just nine years with Flint Bishop Ken was made managing partner in 2001.
He shares managerial and strategic development duties with senior partner, Ian Beardmore, and is a key driving force responsible for creating the friendly, supportive 'open door' culture and the 'putting you first' client strategy.
In 2006 Ken was named in The Lawyers Hot 100, a list of the 100 most influential professionals within the legal sector judged to be 'making things happen.
Personal interests:
Ken is a father of two boys and enjoys all family activities. He also enjoys skiing, golf, reading, music, gardening and walking and was part of the Flint Bishop team that recently completed it's second Oxfam's Trailtrekker Challenge, a 100km walk across the unrelenting Yorkshire Dales, in just 25 hours and 23 minutes.

Michelle joined the firm as a trainee in 1996 working in personal injury litigation. After becoming a partner in 2001 Michelle was appointed senior manager of a significant legal expenses team.
Michelle has extensive experience in dealing with high value technical and complex cases. With over 13 years experience advising claimants and defendants, Michelle has developed a specialism with employers liability, occupiers' liability, road traffic accidents and complex Motor Insurers Bureau cases.
Michelle is recognised for her proactive management of cases and excellent client care.
Michelle is a Member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel as a specialist within the field of personal injury litigation and a Member of Headway.

Michelle is an enthusiastic sportswoman, enjoying most outdoor pursuits, including mountain biking and hill walking. Michelle is a member of a local hockey club and aims to play to a high standard. Michelle was part of the Flint Bishop team that recently completed Oxfam Trail Trekkers Challenge; 100km walk across the Yorkshire Dales in 24 hours.
