Flint Bishop Helps Scaffolding Business Acquire Competitor

Flint Bishop’s corporate department has helped UK scaffolding company NSG U.K. Ltd acquire scaffolding competitor MTD Scaffolding.
The law firm helped to negotiate the best deal for NSG, which is owned by international scaffolding, wheelbarrow and cement mixer specialist, Altrad.
MTD’s offering complements NSG’s product and service portfolio of scaffolding services, thermal insulation, access solutions, industrial painting and industrial cleaning. MTD’s client base includes building companies, Local Authorities and Plcs, providing NSG with expansion opportunities into Access for Social Housing.
Ray Neilson, Altrad Belle UK’s Managing Director, worked closely with Flint Bishop on the acquisition.
