Flint Bishop's construction team will be hosting a seminar early next year, on what is hot and what is not so hot in the world of building, construction and engineering.Our panel of esteemed speakers will be drawing on their respective fields of expertise to bring you up to date on a variety of subjects. Current "HOT TOPICS include OFT and Bid Rigging; the changes to corruption law and practice – particularly relevant to those of you working on public sector contracts; changes to the Companies Act 2006 and the implications for your business; and an employment law update.
