We are available to attend client design team and project management team meetings to assist ion the identification and early resolution of disputes on clients major projects.We help our clients to lead the resolution of disputes themselves, from a position of strength, by ensuring that clients understand the strengths and weaknesses of their position from the earliest stage possible. When required we assist our clients by devising aand advising on pathways and strategy accordingly.We have held training sessions for clients about to embark upon major projects utilising unfamiliar forms, to ensure their project team understands the peculiar issues and risks arising from the procurement route adopted.
