Flint Bishop has been named winner of the ‘Master Contact Relationship Manager Award’ in the Thomson Reuters Elite Business Development Innovation Awards.
We won the award for conducting the most successful marketing campaign using Contact Manager™ This state-of-the-art customer relationship management (CRM) solution is a leading product from Thomson Reuters, which provides end-to-end enterprise business management solutions.
We used Contact Manager™ to promote an employment law seminar for businesses and the system proved so effective that we had to put on not one, but two seminars to accommodate demand.
The solution allowed us to segment our database for highly targeted and tailored email marketing. By then integrating Contact Manager™ with our website and LinkedIn page, we were able to track who had responded and through which channels.
Following the seminar, we used Contact Manager™ to send follow-up emails to attendees and a video of the presentation to everyone who was not able to attend.
Our Head of Marketing says: “As well as the campaign generating enough delegates for not two hugely successful seminars, it resulted in a wave of new business opportunities with both attendees and non-attendees. As a result, we’ll definitely be using Contact Manager™ for our future seminars on employment law, HR and commercial contracts.
